Harder or thicker stock can require slower cutting and more abrasive. Material sourcing also affects the total.
Long profiles and many internal holes increase machine time even when the finished part is small.
Small details, tight tolerances and higher edge-quality requirements may require slower cutting.

How to get an accurate quote
Provide the alloy or material, thickness, quantity, required dimensions or tolerances, desired edge condition and completion date. Upload CAD geometry when available. DXF, DWG and STEP files typically communicate the shape most efficiently, while PDF drawings help document dimensions and notes.
If CAD is unavailable, send a photo, sketch or sample-part description. We can start the conversation with incomplete information, but missing dimensions or material specifications may need to be resolved before final pricing.
